“My first retreat with Tina was on the Helford River - after randomly searching for a yoga retreat in Cornwall. What Luck! Her retreats are well planned and well balanced - a perfect mix of yoga, walks, swimming, laughter and fabulous new friends. Oh and don’t forget the food! Wow! amazing vegetarian dishes that don’t disappoint. Tina is a wonderful yoga teacher who works with empathy and integrity. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she’s an absolute star.

I attended a yoga weekend retreat in Polzeath, Cornwall, run by Tina, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Tina’s timetable of activities was crafted to offer a perfect balance of more challenging and restorative yoga sessions, with some hiking, opportunity for sea swims and massage thrown in if you wanted! The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious, making every meal a highlight.
The other yogis were warm and welcoming, creating a lovely sense of community, which as I was someone attending on their own, was important. The house and location itself was stunning—peaceful and surrounded by nature, providing the ideal setting for relaxation.
I left feeling rejuvenated and would highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a holistic wellness escape.

Tina’s retreats offer something truly special and restorative. This is my fourth retreat and I always leave as a slightly different and better version of myself. The combination of Tina’s yoga; delicious food; outdoor activities; reflection and rest in the company of other yogis, creates a world away from the challenges of everyday life and allows the space and support to check in with my whole self.
