Retreat Cancellation Policy

As a small business we have a strict no refunds policy. We simply cannot survive with last minute cancellations.

• If your cancellation request is submitted with 90 days or more from the start of your retreat we will re advertise your room. If your room is taken you will get a full refund. If it is not, you will receive 50% of the room fee. All refunds will incur a 10% transaction fee.

• We cannot refund any cancellation requests submitted within 90 days of your retreat start date. We recommend you get travel insurance.

• If we your hosts have to cancel for any reason you will have the following options to either move your booking to another retreat or receive a full refund.
