Join us at Upcott Farm for a long weekend to relax and refresh in a peaceful setting. Situated in the beautiful Devon countryside not far from the north Devon coast. This is a peaceful haven, lovingly restored with timeless charm and equipped with it’s own onsite yoga barn; it’s the perfect space for a wellbeing getaway.

 
 

Location

Upcott Farm sits within a secluded valley not far from the beautiful beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough. The lovingly converted barns benefit from calm interiors, cosy spaces to relax and peaceful bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

 
 

Food

The food is a major part of the retreat experience! Friend and retreat chef Katie will be serving a delicious and nourishing menu. Enjoy fresh, lovingly home cooked vegetarian meals created using local, organic and seasonal produce. Expect energising breakfasts, nourishing lunches and wholesome suppers, as well as some yummy treats! Katie is a very calm and down to earth culinary goddess! Our bellies and minds are going to be well looked after!

 
 

Yoga

Massage

 

You will have two yoga classes a day instructed by myself. A flow yoga class in the morning and then a gentle yin class in the evening. All yoga classes will take place in the stunning yoga barn.

The weekends yoga practices will offer a wide selection of wellbeing practices to balance and support your health. Expect breath work, strength, stretch, challenge, philosophy and play.

Enjoy a 60 minute aromatherapy massage included in the retreat. The perfect Sunday afternoon delight to restore your nervous system, improve circulation and improve overall mood and wellbeing. We are delighted to have some wonderful highly recommended therapists joining us on retreat.
